1. Booking & Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A valid credit card or deposit may be required to secure your reservation. Check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 11:00.

2. Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will be charged one night's stay. No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.

3. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for maintaining the apartment in good condition during their stay. Any damage to the property or its contents will be charged to the guest. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all apartments and common areas.

4. Pool Usage

The swimming pool is available for guest use from 07:00 to 22:00. Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times. Glass containers are not permitted in the pool area.

5. Liability

Supra Apartments is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their property during their stay, except where such loss, damage, or injury is caused by our negligence.
